Mathoscope & Scintillation 2019

Dr. Pillai Global Academy organised an Annual Science & Math Exhibition on Saturday 9th February 2019. The event started at 8.30am. All the parents were invited to witness the enthusiasm of the students who had worked hard towards this day. Dpga celebrated Environmental week from 25th to 29th June,2018 to sensitize the students towards the need to protect the environment from plastic and to promote love for environment among children.

To achieve this objective a plethora of activities on the theme “Say NO to PLASTIC” were organised for students of classes.
‘Mysteries of the Unseen World’ and ‘Asteroid – Mission Extreme’

The students of Dr. Pillai Academy, Gorai, had an unusual opportunity to witness the educational Movies organised by the renowned T.V. channel “National Geographic”. The movies titled ‘Mysteries of the Unseen World’ and ‘Asteroid – Mission Extreme’ respectively, aroused the curiosity of the students to an incredible extent.read more

The O3 Activity was conducted by the students of Dr. Pillai Global Academy, Gorai. It was aimed at creating an awareness on how we can save our ozone in our own little way, by adopting simple measures such as saving electricity, turning off the taps when not in use keeping the environment clean, using carpools etc.read more
Origami

Origami is an interesting and challenging paper craft. Ori means folding and gami means paper. It is basically a Japanese art. The goal of this art is to transform a flat sheet of paper into finished sculpture. This must be done without cutting or gluing the paper. IB Students made paper sea-horses, frogs, flowers like Rose, lily, lotus, kusudama etc.read more[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
